Christopher McIntosh
Chief Executive Officer
As Stonewood’s CEO, Chris McIntosh is responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s winning strategy. Prior to his appointment as CEO in 2008, Chris was a non-executive Director of the Group for two years, while a lieutenant colonel with HM Royal Signals. His career included numerous operational tours within the communications, intelligence and command and control environments. McIntosh holds an MSc in Information Systems Design as well as an MBA.
Ronan O’Donnell
Chief Financial Officer
As the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Ronan O’Donnell leads the company’s financial control and accounts administration functions. A Certified Accountant (FCCA), Ronan has over 20 years experience in senior financial positions. Prior to joining Stonewood, O’Donnell was Group Financial Controller at Baltimore Technologies, a provider of communications security products and services.
Tim D. Stone
Chief Technical Officer
Tim D. Stone is Stonewood Group’s Chief Technical Officer. Prior to joining Stonewood in 2001, Tim was Director of Hardware Engineering at Baltimore Technologies (formerly Zergo), a communications security company and prior to that worked at 3Com and Thorn EMI. A Data at Rest Security expert, Stone holds a joint Honours degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
Tony Stead
Chief Technical Architect
As Stonewood’s Chief Technical Architect Tony Stead is fundamental in the design and development of Stonewood’s product range including the FlagStone and Eclypt ranges of encryption storage solutions and other accredited encryption projects. Tony has also worked as a Software Engineer at Peek Traffic and Serco. Tony holds a BSc(Hons) in Software Engineering and currently working on a MSc in Information Security. Tony is a recognised expert in cryptographic and secure communications solutions design.
Steve Everill
Director of Manufacturing
Steve Everill manages Stonewood’s Manufacturing division which includes the electronic assemblies facility in Wareham and Lipco precision engineering plant in Ringwood. Steve has 15 years experience in operational roles of increasing responsibility, working with customers such as Dell, HP or Sun Microsystems. Prior to joining Stonewood in 2005, Everill was Operations Manager at CSM Electronics and prior to that Shift Manager at Celestica Ltd.
Simon Redvers
Head of Development
Simon Redvers manages Stonewood’s Development division. Simon has more than 15 years experience in business management roles in a number of engineering companies such as Honeywell, Nortel Networks or GEC Alsthom. Prior to joining Stonewood he was Managing Director of Curriculum Software, a division of RM PLC and prior to that Group Managing Director of Polaron PLC. Redvers has an MA, Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University and an MBA from London Business School
