OEM Account Manager

Scope

 To ensure that OEM product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks

 

	Daily tasks: Update morning meeting inlcuding progress, targets setting, feedback, housekeeping, walking the line
	Weekly: Lead weekly meetings, participate in Quality meetings, prepare 4 week forecast
	Monthly: UPdate training matrix, participate in H&S forum, brief direct reports
	Quarterly: Review progress against budget, appriase direct reports
	Annually: Appraisals
	Ad hoc: including recruitment, problem solving

Skills/Knowledge/Areas of expertise

	Significant experience of electroinics manufacturing
	Significant experience of Production manufacturing
	Thorough understanding of LEAN and of cost control
	Good understanding of quality systems
	Working knowledge of MRP systems
	Solutions driven individual.
	Good use of MS Office, in particular excel.
	Team and goal orientated
	Reliable and hardworking.
	Flexible.
	Must have, or be capable of obtaining, UK security clearance.

Location

This role can be based anywahere in the UK as the role does require significant travel. Our Headquarters are based in Wareham, Dorset

Remuneration

Attractive basic salary is offered, including 25 days holiday, contributory pension and healthcare scheme.
The hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week with flexibility required in order to complete the requirements of the role).
